Isn't this a fun looking set?   You will use it a lot, since the sentiments are perfect.  But there are many that you have in your stash that can also be used!  I colored the fish with my markers, and quickly sponged with distress inks.  I added some ribbon and those adorable "air bubbles".  Simple to make too!

CSS Hop-- It is a Color Challenge one!

  You came from  Linda 's blog and now you can see what I made ---two cards for this hop.  The first one uses yellow, white, light grey, and green.  The second one yellow, white, grey and pretty Rose pink.
All stamps used are from Gina K Designs.  This first card was stamped with a flower from the Becky Oehlers Bold Blossoms set, on a chicken wire BG that I cut out with the Cameo machine.  I used Copic greens, for my color besides a light grey.  I trimmed the card with green and white gingham paper from GKD.
For my second card, I used the scalloped oval, and Gina K Designs CS, for the BG pieces.  I stamped the flower, from the GKD Petals and Wings stamp kit.  I colored with Copics and shaded with Memento Gray ink

Pretty in Pink!

Here is a pretty in pink card that I made using Melanie Muenschinger's Stately Flowers 7 stamp set from Gina K. Designs.  I stamped, colored, and cut out this flower three times and popped them up using pop dots on a piece of pink Pure Luxury CS.  I added some ribbon and the Thank You Border stamp, from Gina K Designs, as well.  I rounded the corners for a softer look too!

Aloha Diva, An Outlaws Christmas card

Here is a simple somewhat non-traditional Christmas card for The Outlawz challenge and my Uncle, who lived in Hawaii for many years.  He usually heads there a few times a year.  He lives in California, so it isn't too far for him to travel.  He is my dad's younger brother. My dad is gone, and my uncle is very special to me!  He is also my Godfather, so I can't wait until he receives this card from me. He is a super guy, that might be spending the holidays in Hawaii this year!!
                                                                             

 

I used the Aloha Diva stamp set, from Gina K Designs.  I colored this with my Copics and popped up the panels on pop dots.  I added a silk flower that I colored to match!  This is so tropical looking, don't you think, just as you would imagine for a Hawaiian Christmas?

Marathon Diva Card

Here is a quick card, I whipped up using the Marathon Diva stamp set from Gina K Designs.  I used Gina K Black ink to stamp and colored with Copics.  I stamped and popped up that arrow, after coloring it.  The sentiment was in this set too! I put the whole panel on a piece of CS, for a more drama!!!  I know just the person to mail this one to!

A New Stamp Set

Isn't this fun?  I made this card especially with my sister in mind.  She seems to iron a lot, and of course I am impressed!!!  This is such a cute set from Gina K Designs, which I colored with Copic markers.  I added a few coordinating buttons, along with the sentiment.  I popped all of this up on some CS which I ran through an embossing folder.  Thank you for stopping by today!

July13COC Challenge

                                                                            

Here is a card I made for a challenge at StampTV July13COC.  I used the Wild Dandelion CS for my background.  I stamped with Black Memento ink, for most of the images.  The green leaves were stamped with Gina K Fresh Asparagus ink.  The stamped images are from the Blossoms stamp set and are colored with Copic markers.

I used a gorgeous Present stamp from this set that I popped up with pop dots, after I cut it out and then I added the sentiment!  The printed bg is paper that my son bought and gave to me as a present.  The yellow textured piece was embossed cs with a CB folder.

On a piece of brown card stock as the background, I used white EP to show off these lovely leaves.  The sentiment was stamped in brown ink and popped up on some card stock.  I added pearls to soften the look of this somewhat masculine card! Here is another card using this stamp set. Some simple stamping of the image and the sentiment with brown ink, along with a piece of ribbon and a few buttons and it is another masculine card.

CSS Sketch Hop July 9, 2013

Here is the sketch this time around-a lot of fun to work with, I must say!



                                                               

You have arrived  after coming from Joy's , and I am glad you are here.
I flipped the sketch a bit and made this card using the "Birthday Hoot" stamp set and Gina K paper and inks.  I colored with Copics and many of the layers were popped up to give this added dimension! The owl and the balloons were cut out by hand and attached to the card panels.
