This card was water-colored and then stamped with Theresa Momber's By the Sea 2 stamp set from Gina K. Designs. A fun project to create yesterday, and it was very relaxing to do. I just put ink on a teflon mat and then spritzed water before I dipped my water brush to color.
Gee I really felt like an artist-hahaha I fussy cut the boat and popped it up on dimensionals!
