I just love making cards using this little elephant from the Bella Elephant stamp set by Beth Silaika and Gina K. Designs. After stamping with Memento Ink, I colored with pencils and Copics and popped him up with dimensionals behind his balloon. A rather simple design for this birthday card and it fits for the STVKC#38 challenge!
