8-4-2016 Scor-Pal Challenge #29 More Than One Score , All About Birthdays"

I made this for the Scor-Pal Challenge #29--More Than One Score and All about Birthdays.  I used stamps from Gina K. Designs- Sweet Things, by Claire Brennan. After I scored the bottom and sponged it, I put it on a piece of white card stock.  The cupcake was fussy cut and popped up with pop dots, after Copic coloring it.
