Friday August 5, 2016 My Take on Vintage Flair

 I used stamps from Theresa Momber's French Flair and created this after watching the video on StampTV this morning.  The background image is one I made so many years ago I lost track and I saved . I distressed the edges, and roughed them up first, with my Distress -It-All . Sometimes being a pack-rat works out!  I decided to use it and fussy cut the elements,as well.  I am very happy with the way this turned out!
