Fall Apples

I definitely think of apples and apple orchards this time of year, so this apple stamp set is perfect. I colored with Copics, cut out the image, backed it up on some ribbon, and mounted it on a BG that I stamped with Distress ink, to create my own patterned paper. After mounting it on matching CS, I put it all up on dimensionals, to raise it off the card. You can eliminate that part is you wanted a flatter card though!

This is a really simple design, set on a BG of swiss dots, that I ran through my cuttlebug folder. Done in black and white, this bloom really struts its stuff! Rather simply, but stately, don't you agree? I added just a touch of glitter to the center of the flower, for pizzaz, before I mounted it on a little bit of ribbon. The blast of red for the sentiment draws your eye to the top, so you will be sure to read it!

I embossed my BG with my cuttlebug, and mounted it on some lovely green CS. I added a ribbon after coloring, ever so lightly, with Copic markers. Isn't he just the cutest little bear? This card really makes me smile!

CSS Sketch Challenge 13

What an exciting sketch we have for you this week! Aren't you amazed at all the wonderful cards we have to show you. If you have arrived from Cheri's blog you are in the right place!
I used the Million Little Things stamp set from Gina K. Designs, I colored the roses and the leaves with my Copic markers, and added some GKD Gingham ribbon and pearls for interest. The white CS was mounted on Asparagus CS from Gina K to give more dimension to this card!

Isn't this Turkey just the cutest? I stamped him, colored him with Copics, added a silk bloom, that was colored to blend, and then added a tag that was stamped Thankful. What a great card for Thanksgiving, or to give to a hostess for providing a wonderful dinner!
