Saturday, Sept. 30, 2017 Another end of a Month
Well, things were kinda rough the last few days as my hard drive that was 7 years old, bit the dust. So lucky to have a wonderful computer guy that came and picked up my computer and in one day got a new hard drive put in and copied everything to the new one, so I am up and running once again. Yippeee
At least I was able to get a couple of cards made so I could post once again after my pc was good to go. I hope you will have a good weekend, as I plan on doing so.

Thurs. 09-21-2017 MOD Squad Challenge
Use leaves on this card!
Stamped some Gina K. stamps and added some die cut Spellbinder ones, that I sponged with Distress inks. I added some gold twine and and strip of metallic CS along with the Sending Love sentiment. Finished this CAS card in short order! This is supposed to be Fall related but it is 92 degrees here in Wisconsin today. I actually had to turn on the A/C today.
Enjoy your day.

9.12.2017 Vintage F4A394
Oh the 1970's colors- do you remember? Very vintage and very retro! I made this for the F4A394 for the Splitcoast Stampers challenge. Were you old enough to remember this color palette? My parents had these colors in their kitchen with the appliances to match! I had just graduated from high school. The first stove and dishwasher we bought after my husband and I married was the coppertone ones.
Ages ago!

Here is another Winter card as we are getting ready for a change in the seasons! I stamped the Gina K. Designs snowman from the Warm Winter Wished set by Carolyn King, This may be a discontinued stamp set but I am not sure. It does make for some very cute holiday cards, right?
Memento ink was used to stamp the image and then it was colored with some Copic markers finished this little guy--- so easy!

Saturday, Sept. 9. 2017 JUGS Trend Week 410
Water Color Blocks it is and this is my contribution. After I stamped the water color blocks I added a silhouette bird and greenery to the card front. Trend Week 410 was the motivation for me after my sweet friend showed me her card this morning. This is for the Just Us Girls 410 Trend Week Challenge.
This is rather different than the cards I usually make, but it was lots of fun making this one. I added the sentiment to wish a Happy Birthday to the recipient.
Thank you for taking a look!

Friday, 9-1-2017 The 1st day of September, already
Happy September- and it's a Friday too!
I guess I needed to start thinking about the upcoming Holiday Season, so here is my Christmas card to start things off.
With a Spellbinders Lattice background I added the GKD (Theresa Momber) poinsettia images colored with Copic Markers. Some glitter for the flower centers added some sparkle to spruce things up a bit. I die cut the Lattice frame out of white CS but sponged it with Distress ink, for added dimension. Thank you for stopping by today.
