Red, White and Blue Challenge CSS Inspiration Hop 6-18-03

Welcome to another Inspiration Challenge from the CSS team. This time it is a Red, White, and Blue color challenge. These are perfect summer colors, don't you agree? If you arrived from     's blog, you are in the right place!
I used Beth Silaika's Lovely Ladybug Stamp set from Gina K. Design's.  I used the GKD Navy cardstock as my base, with a white embossed BG.  I used an embossing folder for texture on the white. The printed paper and the touch of ribbon is also from Gina's store. The Red Hot cardstock adds my red base. You should have arrived from Kay's blog.

My Outlawz PAM Challenge

This week's challenge was to use an animal and make it a birthday card, so I used StampTV's Sea Horse ( haha) stamp from the Fishing You the Best stamp set, that was included in my STV kit this month.  I embossed the background with my Cuttlebug, before I sponged it with my Gina K Ocean Mist stamp pad. The rest of the message inside the card says "it's your birthday and not mine".

The sea horse and the sentiment are both from this stamp set, and after I sponged it, I added a white ribbon, for the sea horse to sit on! The sentiment was put on a scalloped background, that was also sponged with color. The bubbles are little plastic ones that I have had for eons.

STV Tag Challenge STV13MON23

I decided to play along with the Monday challenge at StampTV, STV13MON23   It was to make a tag, so that is exactly what I did.  I used the StampTV set called Dreams Take Flight.  After stamping the flowers and the sentiment, I stamped and glittered the butterflies, in the pink that matches the Bubblegum cardstock.  I also stamped with the Blue Raspberry and Grass Green inks.

                                                                      

StampTV's Inspiration Challenge Blog Hop 6-4-2013

  Here is the inspiration that Vicki chose for us this time! I admit I stared at this for a few days in order to give me ideas of what I wanted to make! 

Here is my card:

I used Gina K ink to stamp my image, which is an image from "You Light Up my Life" .  The sentiment is from the same set, which I colored with Copic markers, and then popped up with pop dots, after I cut it out free hand.   The background was watercolored with Distress inks, and then mounted on Onyx card stock.

CAS for The Outlawz with a Feather

It is cool outside today, but it is so sunny. Grateful for these things!

I made this challenge card for The Outlawz CAS card this week.  We were to use a feather in our creations.  Here is what I came up with, using stamps from Gina K's Petals and Wings kit from StampTV.  The image was cut out and popped up with pop dots, on a background of layered cardstock.  I CB'd the Dotted Swiss on the front of the card, before I added all the rest of it! The blue feather was in my Embellie drawer, which I attached to the ribbon!
