This was a fun card to make and hopefully I can then decide who to send it to. I used a Gina K Design's stamp set called Triple Play Frame, by Melanie. Simple coloring with Copics for the heart and butterflies, which were popped up for dimension.
A little ribbon and twine finished it off, after I added the little tag stamped with "wish".
