Sadly, I needed to make this one for a sweet lady, that I have known for many, many years. The mom of a childhood friend, who was such a talented seamstress, in her day. She made prom dresses for me, and a wedding headpiece, in the 70's. That was for my first wedding! She even made that first apron that I donned at that wedding! A Polish tradition! She and her husband were close friends to my parents and so she was almost like family. She lived to age 90, so a long and wonderful life, which I used the bird to demonstrate!!
