Monday 1.24.2017 Textured Birthday

Lots of texture for this birthday card, along with the sentiment make for a rather spring like card, don't you think?  I used a CB folder, glitter pens to color the Gina K Design present and Memento
ink to stamp the sentiment.

Tuesday, Jan. 10, 2017 STV17MON2 Challenge

This is a card I created using Beth's Genevieve Giraffe stamp set.  The challenge from Melanie was to use 3 of an image, and I chose the balloons, and added the hearts from this same set. Colored with Copics and used memento ink to stamp the images. I added a silk flower to the lower corner to balance things out a bit.The sentiment from the same set anchors my balloon box!

Here is another one--so much fun getting ready for Valentine's Day, right?

One more not using red this time but I did follow the challenge rule of using three images.  I used butterflies from the Sending Love kit from Gina K.
I popped them up on circles I cut from Spellbinder, using dimensional tape pieces,after I fussy cut those butterflies out.

Sunday, Jan..8.2017 Adhesive Free Challenge STVKC#29

 This card took a lot of thinking to create without using any adhesives.  I instead used brads and ribbon to attach the Spellbinder Star to my scored card base.  The final step was to stamp the love greeting, which was a partial image from the Theresa Momber Birds and Blossoms2 stamp set from Gina K. Designs.

This challenge really had me thinking and working on it for quite some time but I am very happy with how it turned out.  I apologize that the photo isn't the best, but I needed to take it outside and since it is only 5 degrees out today, I took my photo rather quickly. Brrrrr!
