Monday, Aug. 28, 2017 Create a Scene STV17MON35

This is for challenge STV17MON35 over at StampTV.  The scene I created was a "sea"ne, with ocean water and fish from Theresa Momber's Gone Fishing stamp set.  After I fuss cut the fish I coated them with Glossy Accents.  The were mounted on a background that was water-colored and splattered with water to create the spots and bubbles.
