I finished three challenge cards this morning, so thought I'd go ahead and write a post, so I can get them entered.
First up is a card for the One Layer Wednesday challenge # 57. It was to be a sand, surf or beach theme.
I used the shell image from Mark's Finest Papers "Sand, Surf and Relax" stamp set. I stamped with Versamark and heat embossed with white EP. I then colored in the shell with just a Versamark pen. I love the way it slightly darkens the kraft cs.
My next card is for last Friday's challenge at StampTV. (STVFRILM1) Lee challenged us with a recipe to follow:
2 embellishments- I used fiber and brads.
3 images- I used images from Theresa's "Vogue Vases" set.
4 colors- everything counts except white. I used Soft Sand, Kraft, Black, Peach and patterned dp.
5 layers- I lost count, but I think there are way more than 5-LOL.
My last challenge card for today is for Cat's StampTV challenge "Wear your White" STVMONCT2. She said we could use a little color, but the card should be predominantly white. Once again I used Theresa's "Vogue Vases" set. I colored the stamp with Memento markers and huffed. I colored the inside of the flowers with Copic markers. I cut the vase out, added distress ink to my embossing folder. I really like all the texture on this card!
Well, that's it for now! I am waiting for my son to get here for a visit- super excited! Thanks for stopping by!

Great cards!
Great cards! The embossed shell colored in with the versamark pen is particularly stunning in its simplicity.
A lovely selection of cards. The shell and sentiment are great - lvoe the white on kraft look!
