6-29-2014 Thumping Challenge for STV2014JUNTH

This is a card for challenge JUNE2014TH, for Gina K Design's Release party challenge. We were to use the thumping technique, which I did using a Memento ink pad and also a Memento Marker. The leaves were stamped with Memento Bamboo Leaves ink, and fussy cut before I popped them up with pop dots. I used a Cuttlebug folder for the card base. The stamp itself is from the GKD Spring Blessings stamp set. I added a touch of ribbon, under the sentiment.

Flower Builders Fri. 6-27-2014

This is a card I made today, using Gina K. Design's Flower Builders stamp set. The fabulous flower and the leaves were colored with Copic markers and popped up on a GKD base CS after I sponged it with Distress Vintage Photo ink. I fussy cut the flower and leaves out by hand. I added a piece of ribbon from a previous StampTV kit, that I had in my stash. I colored a few pearls with matching Copic markers to add to the sentiment oval.

Thursday 6-26-2014 GKD Plant Trio Stamp Set

This is another card I whipped up, using the Plant Trio stamp set from Gina K. Designs. The CS base was included in my last STV kit. I colored the trio with Copics and added string and jute from my stash. This card came together pretty quickly, as I mounted things on pop dots to give it extra dimension.

Wednesday 6-25-2014 Little Things Stamp Set from Gina K Designs

I hope you like seeing this card, as it was a lot of fun to create. It has taken me a while to get back to creating, but I will eventually get back to how I used to be.

I used the Little Things stamp set from Gina K.Designs, as well as sponging with my Distress inks. I added a few clouds that were cut out on the Vagabond. The little bid and his perch were fussy cut and popped up with pop dots. The sun was sponged over a stencil I made by cutting a circle into a piece of typing paper. Easy peasy to do that! STV14MON25 for my StampTV Challenge

This is my STV14MON25 Challenge card for StampTV. We were to make our own background with a stamp and absolutely no designer paper. This is how to make your own. I used the stamp Hopeful Flowers and the sentiment from the same stamp set by Gina K. A bow was added to the small bit of ribbon to give some added dimension. I used the same stamp to create my focal image and repeat from the same stamp used on the background.
